Offseason / Non-Game Days
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
In-Season / Game Days
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – End of Game
Saturday: 12:00 PM – End of Game
Sunday: 12:00 PM – End of Game
Note: The Front Office is closed most Mondays during the season. Please call ahead at 301-638-9788 before visiting.
Purchasing Tickets
Online
Visit somdbluecrabs.com and select the Tickets tab.
No need to print—mobile tickets are scanned directly at the gate.
In Person
The Box Office is open:
Non-Game Days: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Game Days: Open until the 6th inning
Please note:
Single-game tickets are not sold over the phone.
Seats cannot be held without purchase.
Child Ticket Policy
Infants and toddlers who can sit on a parent’s lap do not require a ticket.
Children ages 3 & under: Receive a free ticket.
Ticket Exchange & Refund Policy
Single-Game Tickets (2026 Season)
Tickets may be exchanged for another 2026 regular-season game of equal value if exchanged at least 24 hours prior to the game you cannot attend.
Season Ticket Holders
Full-Season & Half-Season Plans: Unused tickets may be exchanged at any time during the season.
Silver Sluggers & 14-Game Plans: Must follow the single-game ticket policy.
Tickets or vouchers from previous seasons cannot be exchanged.
All exchanges must be completed in person at the Box Office.
No refunds are offered on any ticket plan or single-game purchase.
Weather & Rainout Policy
When Are Decisions Made?
Games are rarely postponed before the scheduled first pitch. Atlantic League umpires and team officials determine playability at the ballpark.
Weather can vary significantly—rain in your area does not mean rain at the stadium.
If a Game Is Rained Out
If fewer than 4 ½ innings are completed (5 innings if the home team is trailing), tickets may be exchanged for any other regular-season game (equal or lesser value), pending availability.

Located in Waldorf–St. Charles, just south of Billingsley Road between US Route 301 and MD Route 5.
Children’s Amenities
Pinch’s Playground (First Base Line)
A safe, fun play area for guests 10 and under, featuring play structures and activity spaces.
Free admission
Parental/guardian supervision required
Children may not be left unattended
Ownership Information
The Ballpark is owned by Charles County, Maryland.
The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs are owned and operated by Crabs On Deck, LLC.
League Information
The Blue Crabs compete in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, a 10-team professional league founded in 1998.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy
In accordance with Atlantic League regulations, no outside food or beverages may be brought into the stadium.
Exception: Bottled water is permitted.
Stadium Smoking Policy
The Ballpark is a 100% smoke-free facility, including:
Cigarettes
Cigars
Vape devices
E-cigarettes
Smoking areas are located outside the ballpark. Please retain your ticket for re-entry.

Autograph Opportunities
Fans are welcome to request autographs.
Please note:
Players cannot sign once umpires take the field.
Be considerate of other fans while collecting autographs.

The Trolling Law First Aid Station is located on the first base concourse next to The Crab Shack Team Store.
Foul Ball Policy
Fans may keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands.
Please remain alert at all times—bats and balls may enter seating areas without warning.
Interference with a ball in play may result in ejection from the ballpark.
Gate Opening Time
Stadium gates open one (1) hour prior to first pitch, unless otherwise noted.
