How It Works
Your My Blue Crabs Tickets account lets you manage your tickets for free, right from your mobile device.
With your account, you can:
View tickets on your phone
Transfer tickets to friends and family
Recall tickets if plans change
Update your account information

Key Things to Know
Digital tickets provide a fast, low-contact entry experience
Your assigned entry gate will be displayed on your ticket
Please arrive early to allow time for parking and entry
Low-contact security screening may be in place at all gates
Accessing Your Tickets
Step 1
You can open your My Blue Crabs Tickets account on your mobile device and log in using the email address associated with your account.
First time logging in? Tap Sign Up to create a password
Forgot your password? Tap Reset Password
Need help? Contact your Account Representative or email info@bluecrabsbaseball.com
Step 2
Once logged in, tap VIEW TICKETS to see tickets for your next game, or VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY to see all upcoming games.
Step 3
Select the game date you’re attending. Your tickets for that game will appear.
Tap a ticket to display the barcode.
Step 4
Have the barcode visible on your phone when you approach the gate.
If you have multiple tickets, tap NEXT TICKET to scan each barcode.
Tip: Save your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet for the fastest entry on game day.
Forwarding Tickets to Friends & Family
Step 1
You can log in to your My Blue Crabs Tickets account on your mobile device.
Step 2
Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner, select My Tickets, then choose FORWARD.
Step 3
Select the game date you’d like to forward tickets for.
Step 4
Choose an existing contact or tap ADD FRIEND to create a new one.
Step 5
Select the tickets you want to send, then tap FORWARD TICKETS to complete the transfer.
Tickets can be recalled at any time if plans change.
